hello !!
even I had entered my name with a spelling mistake and i have been trying to contact them through all means but no replies so the best option I had was to fill the form as a new application! not as a student to had attempted April xam!!

Hello
Jee mains application correction will start from tomorrow ( 11th of March 2019 ) to 15 the march .
So you can correct it tomorrow and there may be option to change the category .
If you will not find the option contact the help centre for the further proceedings.
But I think you will find the option to change it.
