Unfortunately with this rank, you have negligible chances of getting into any NIT or IIIT. You might get some branches like Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Metallurgy, etc in spot rounds in lower NITs like NIT Goa, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Mizoram, etc.
You can try for private engineering colleges in your home state or attempt again next year.
Try to get a percentile above 94 to get a category rank around 5000.
