the JEE main application forms was out from february 7 to march 12, 2020 and students were given second chance to fill the application form from may 19, to 24 2020 and application forms has been stopped from 24 may 2020

Mukesh, if you are enquiring about JEE Mains 2020, the application forms have been closed and the examination schedule has been released. The MHRD has come up with a new schedule for JEE Mains, JEE Advanced and NEET 2020. JEE Main examination will be held between 1st-6th Sept, JEE advanced exam will be held on 27th Sept & NEET examination will be held on 13th Sept.  But if it is regarding JEE Mains 2021, NTA has not released any schedule yet. Ideally JEE Mains is conducted twice every year,once in January and again in April. But due to Corona Pandemic, schedules have changed and the Academic year 2020 is yet to start at various places. And so we cannot speak about 2021 yet. But if you are preparing for 2021, MHRD did announce that they are going to reduce the syllabus. But the syllabus has not been announced yet. So until then stick to NCERT books without buying any books from the market. That way you will save money on books.
