Hope you are absolutely fine, 250 marks are considered as very good marks In JEE MAINS 2022, your rank will depend on your percentile. The percentile is calculated by how many candidates have received less marks than your marks, your expected rank will be around 210 - 85 and expected percentile would be around 99.977205 - 99.988819.

It is very hard to predict JEE Mains rank based on your marks as the ranks are highly variable and it depends on the relative perfomance of other students and the difficulty of question paper. But based on previous several year statistics, it safe to say that you will easily get a three digit rank and it will most likely be below 600. Again, this is a prediction not a definitive answer.
