Well , considering you in open category ,90.97 is not enough to get cse in any NIT .
Because for CSE branch cut off goes too low as compared to other branches. Your percentile should be more than 97 % to get cse in NIT.
Therefore , you will not get cse branch in any NIT.

As you have got 90.97 percentile in JEE mains, your rank will be around 105000.
With this rank it will be little difficult to get high demanding branches like CSE, IT, ECE etc in top NITs.
Cutoff keeps changing year to year. Keep in mind that your chances to grab a seat will vary on the following basis:
Number of seats available
Number of students applied for the same branch
Performance of the students
The category you belong to etc.

hope you are doing well
see sorry to say but i don't want to use any sugarcoat for you.
with 90.97 percentile in jee meams your rank is 1,50,000 to 3,00,000 rank and for cse in nit you must have to score under 2000.
so it's not possible to get cse in nit.
you need to score minimum 190-230 marks or above if you belong to general category and if you belong to reserved category you need to score minimum 150-190 marks or above to have decent chances of getting seat.
but don't loose hope you score very well in jee, there are other branches in which you can apply
