With the rank you're mentioning I'm afraid you have less chances of getting BIT Sindri also with the state domicile of Jharkhand if you fall in general category. But if you belong to reserved category then you have some chances there.

NITs is really out of option. I would suggest to either go for private colleges or go for another attempt at jee.
