JEE is a National Level Entrance Examination and so its guidelines are different. COMEDK and UPSEE are State Level Entrance Examinations and their guidelines are different. We cannot compare the rules of JEE with those of COMEDK and UPSEE. Even JEE had no correction window for exam centres before. It was adapted only due to Corona Pandemic.
