Hello. If you are asking about UG admissions for MBBS then, there are total of 6 seats under NRI quota. (5seats in puducherry and 1seat in Karaikal). The total number of students appeared for jipmer last year is 1,54,491. Out of which 78,053 students cleared the examination. For NRI students, exam is held with everyone. But separate merit list is given only for NRI students. Out of which the first rank in puducherry campus is 3 and last rank is 20. And in karaikal campus first rank is 44. Hope this helps. Thankyou. There are a total of 6 NRI seats in JIPMER for medical ( 5 in Puducherry campus and 1 seat in Karaikal campus). 

Around 1,54,491 candidates appeared for the JIPMER exam last year, out of which 78,053 candidates qualified the JIPMER 2018 exam. Cut off score for JIPMER entrance exam is 50 percentile for unreserved candidates, 45 percentile for unreserved OPH candidates and 40 percentile for SC, ST, OBC and SC/ST/OBC - OPH candidates.

JIPMER offers a total of 200 seats (150 in Puducherry campus and 50 seats in Karaikal campus) for medical every year. However category wise, the seats are as follows,

38 for OBC

22 for SC

15 for ST

30 for P-UR

16 for P-OBC

8 for P-SC

6 for NRI/OCI
