Yes, JNU  offers distance education degree with same value as regular degree.The only differnce is that you will not get any information about the things, events,seminar take place in your college.

On the other hand the regular students stay updated with college curiculum and thier exam updates and other important things.

So, if you want to go for some other course or coaching hand by hand then distance education is good for you .Otherwise you should go for regular classes.
