Please check the print out copy of JNV application or check the registered E-mail ID and Phone number to find the registration number. Check the inbox E-mails and spam E-mails to find the registration number or SMS in registered phone number. After finding the registration number you can visit the login page using the given link https://cbseitms.nic.in/index.aspx

Go to the login page and click on 'forgot password?' and reset the password and note is somewhere safe.
