If you are enrolled in the first year thenthe exams in Febuary will be for first year. If you have been promoted to the second year then th eexam will be for th esecond year. Most universities have completed the exams which were postponed due to the pandemic for the first  year students hence it is safe to assume that the exams you will have in Febuary are for the second year (provided you are a second year student).
