Hey Akash.

After pursuing the course of Bsc Forestry, there is quite a few career options that you will have. A common route after this course is a job under the Forest Department by the government under various departments like researcg, development, resource manager etc. Other than that  you can enter teaching by masters or by any course like Bed etc. You also have the option to appear for civil services exams to become an IAS, IPS, IFS officer etc.

Best of luck

Hello Akash, Greetings!

There is lot of scope after B.Sc. Forestry.

You can get a  job of a forester or forest department officer in State Governments’ Forest Department. For this, you have to go through the selection process and examination though.

In case of private sector jobs, some job posts available are- plantation and resort manager, forest product marketing and  forest products purchasing manager.

Research and Development is also there with starting salary is generally around 15k-25k per month.

Thank you, best of luck.
