Yes, you can apply in other states as well but you have to check the eligibility criteria for that, because Karnataka and Maharashtra offer admission on the basis of the NATA but not in their government colleges. They also demand domicile.
It would be better if you check the eligibilty criteria of the states you are planning to take admission into.
There are private universities too offering admission on the basis of NATA scores.
