I don't think kacha baniyan goes well with the name Justin Bieber. But who knows, it might even suit him given his crass cacophony. 

Anyways, on a serious note. Go with half sleeve shirt/t shirts and avoid full sleeves. Keep your clothes light and avoid zips, pockets, big buttons and any elaborate embroidery. Trousers are the advisable dress code of NEET. Kurta pajama or even kacha baniyan, ofoyour choice, are not allowed. Shoes are not allowed so go with slippers or sandles and use no socks.
