KEA hasnt't yet released the counselling schedule for the session 2020. There will be 2 Rounds and a Mop up round for admission to 6577 MBBS seats and 2674 BDS seats. The registration process might begin tentatively in the 2nd or 3rd weeks of November. KEA will first release the seat matrix and then the registration process begins. The official dates for NEET counselling in Karnataka have not declared yet . But it seems to be held the counselling by the 2nd week of november. You can check more information regarding the counselling and eligibility criteria on this link.

The counselling will be done in online mode. The counselling includes two rounds . If you have a good score then you will get a seat in first two rounds. If after the 2nd round if the seats remains vacant then a special 3rd round will be conducted for the leftover seats.
