There are very low chances that you will get into any trouble due to the difference of signature in your Adhar Card and Your KCET form. But for the safe side, I would suggest you to visit the correction form of  KCET and if possible try to do the same signature.

Also a tip for you : Do not change your signature for different documents, otherwise in future you will get in trouble. Make a final signature and use it everywhere.
