As we all know IITs are something really great and these colleges proves out to be the best colleges of the nation.both IIT kharagour and IIT Madras are well know IITs in India and provides veey good placement and facilities to their students.
May i let you know, it will be better to take IIT MADRAS electrical rathed than taking IIT kharagpur CSE bramch dual.
As IIT madras is known for its electrical engineering and it stands in 6th position as per branch wise in IIT madras.And electrical engg in iit kharagpur stands at 11th position branch wise..
Both are not well known for CSE branch.
So go for iit madras electrical.
