yes you can crack aiims mbbs entrance exam, because it is not impossible

The basic strategy of the AIIMS exam remains the same as AIPMT:

Biology from NCERT, with a lot of emphasis of diagrams.
Chemistry as asked in AIPMT.
Physics with more emphasis on rotational and modern physics.

there are 2 areas which are different from the normal exams.

The ASSERTION AND REASON QUESTIONS.
The GK section.

Work on your assertion and reasoning skills along with the basic MCQs. And develop fast calculation tricks, you'll need them in physics and chemistry. The other parts about reading NCERT well stands.
