Since you are from outside Karnataka ( according to your profile ), you are eligible to get three kinds of seats in the private colleges of Karnataka. These are OPEN, OTHERS AND NRI.

Last year the cut off for Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences was as follows -

• OPEN - 20896
• OTHERS - 228834
• NRI -  800531

The fee structure for OPEN seats was Rs. 7.5 lakhs per year. The fees of others and nri seats are on the higher side. The fee structure of this year is yet to be released.
