No syllabus has been prescribed by the Institute for the examination.
But the questions are from NCERTs of 11th and 12th classes. Out of 60 questions of biology, most are from NCERTs, say about 50. About 10 are not directly from NCERTs. But, if you have command over NCERTs, you can solve even remaining 10.
Also note that as per MCI, Primarily the CBSE syllabus taught in Class 10+2 and common syllabus as notified by the Medical Council of India (MCI) is important for AIIMS.

As the syllabus is particularly not described by the Aiims but most probably it is syllabus of 11th and 12th standard biology only . It is possible 10% questions can be other than the described syllabus but they will be relating to the chapters given only .
