For Entrance exam if you appear for CLAT then you may expect questions from 

1)Logical reasoning 50 marks 

2)Legal Aptitude 40 marks

3)English (comprehensive) 40 marks

4)GK Current affairs read newspaper daily 50 marks

5)Maths (priliminary maths basically whatever taught in Secondary schools)

I am really glad to see your interest in Law. You have asked for Question Pattern and type in Law Entrance Exam. To answer this question, this is to inform you that there are a lot of law entrance exams in India for which you can sit for and the most popular one is CLAT. So, here I am giving you a brief idea of CLAT Question type and rest all the law entrance exams mostly have such kind of syllabus. 

The syllabus of CLAT examination include - 1) Mathematics, 2) General Knowledge (including static g.k. and general awareness), 3)Current Affairs, 4) Legal Aptitude (or Legal Reasoning), 5)Logical Reasoning and 6)English (including grammers and comprehension). 

If you see CLAT 2018 pattern, the question paper contains 200 questions on the aforementioned topics which are divided into five main segment - 

1) Verbal Ability (including English / Comprehension) - 40 Marks

2)Logical Reasoning - 40Marks

3) Legal Aptitude - 50 Marks

4) General Knowledge - 50Marks

5) Mathematics - 20 Marks
