It's depend on which entrance exam you are sitting for.

For example:

Engineering entrance exam question paper contains Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Management entrance exam  question paper contains English, Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.

Medical entrance exam question paper contains Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
