You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2019 under State Quota, the cut offs for VMMC for various Categories has been as follows:

General Category: 640

OBC: 616

SC: 450

ST:319

Now this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So against your Category, your target should be atleast 50-60 marks more than those mentioned here.
