No, the Megha (NMMS) scholarship form is not open on 24 December 2025 .

• The NMMS/Megha scholarship form for 2025-26 was released earlier in the year.

• Most states and the National Scholarship Portal opened the form around June–July 2025 .

• The last date to apply was around September–October 2025 .

• After that deadline, the form was closed and you cannot apply now .

So as of 24 December 2025 , the scholarship form is not available for new applications.
You will have to wait for the next cycle (2026–27) to apply.

• Visit the NMMS Bihar official website, scert.bihar.gov.in. (http://scert.bihar.gov.in.)

• Once on the homepage, the candidate will get the option of "NMMSS Online Application Academic Year 2025-26". Click on it.

• On the next page, candidates will get the option of registration & login. Click on it to register.

• Fill in all the registration details carefully and click on the submit button.

• Next, the candidate will receive the ID and password after successful registration.

• Using these IDs and passwords, log in to the portal to complete the application process.

• After filling out the application form carefully, the candidate will have to scan and upload all the required documents.

• Finally, the candidate will get the receipt of the online application. Download the application receipt and keep it for future reference.
