yes sure. there are colleges who accepts this intermediate percentage also. They keep categorical cutoff for intermediate marks too.  But they are more focused on UPSEE rank and some on the intermediate marks.

It may not be much problem to take an admission. Check for the eligibilty criteria of the college for which you are applying.
