Coming to your question I would like to tell you that yes , there are some colleges that will only give you the degree but it will not be beneficial for you as the practicals and theory understanding are also necessary if you are go get to that type of university or college I will suggest you to go for the better one because only the degree does not matters the knowledge matters also.
