Yes , CSJMU provides a Ph.D. program in Hindi . According to the university's Ph.D. admission brochure for the 2024-25 academic session , there are 2 seats available for the Ph.D. in Hindi on the main campus and 11 seats in affiliated colleges .

Eligibility Criteria :

Candidates must have a postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related field with at least 60% marks ( 55% for SC/ST/Differently abled candidates ) .

Admission Process :

Admission is through the university's entrance exam (CSJMU-ET).

Candidates with valid fellowships such as UGC JRF/CSIR JRF are exempted from the entrance test .

Shortlisted candidates will undergo an interview and presentation before a selection committee .
