SRMJEE question paper medium is English.This year  exam pattern has changed by UNIVERSITY.Candidate who wish to appear in Entrance examination must go through sample question paper of SRMJEE which will be available in their offical site to get idea about questions related to two new introduced subject i.e ENGLISH AND APTITUDE, questions pattern, question wieghtage, duration etc..

No, you will not get questions in hindi language in SRMJEEE.The exam conducted is of 2 hours 30 minutes and the question will be available in the English language.

You are asking that the exam language is Hindi or not but you didn't mention for which  exam you are asking, still for your kind information I am informing you that most of the exams in India conducted with both the language in Hindi and English I am talking about only national level exams if you to give these in offline mode.
