JEE Mains is the National Level Entrance Examination for getting admission into the National Institute of Technology (NITs), Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITs), Government Funded Institutions such as State Government Funded Institutes.
The exam is held in two attempts throughout the year and is held throughout the country at the same time, and is held in multiple languages such as Hindi, English, Gujrati, Marathi, Telgu and several other native languages so that the candidate doesn't face the difference because of the Language Barrier.

Yess, you can prepare for JEE in Hindi
JEE paper is also printed in Hindi along with English
JEE main paper is held twice in a year ie in January and April.
While JEE advanced is held once a year after April.
By scoring good in Mains and Advanced you can even get admission into top colleges IIT, NITs.

Yes you can prepare the JEE Exam in Hindi and the paper of JEE will conduct in Hindi Language also the JEE mains exam is conducted in both the languages Hindi as well as English so you can of any of the language Hindi on English as the books and the mock papers are also available in both the languages Hindi and English
