Yes, you will be receiving your MBBS degree only after the completion of the MBBS bond duration. It has been strictly mentioned by the Government that you have to sign the bond within a stipulated time and then after the completion of the duration of the bond only, you will be getting your MBBS degree.

Mbbs is a 5.5 years course. That is to say 4.5years of studying all the subjects and 1 year of internship. It is after the completion of the internahip that the mbbs degree is given out.
