JEE Main and JEE Advanced are both national level examinations and also one of the examinations in India. When comparing the both, JEE Advanced is a lot tougher than JEE Main. JEE Advanced preparation is not much different from JEE Main. You have to study the same concepts and topics. The difference only comes when you solve mock tests and previous years papers of JEE Main and JEE Advanced as both the exams have slightly different exam patterns.

so offcourse you can prepare for advance and it make easy mains for yot not much but little bit. cause the difference is only in question pattern.
