Hello Mohammad,

The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) conducts a special 2 tound counselling for those students who have not got any seat during the rounds of Josaa counselling or did not apply for the same.

For CSAB counselling, there is no boundation on any of the candidates. As you are Kashmiri student, it did not create a barrier for you.
