There are certain parameters under which only you can leave airforce. Firstly you can't leave without serving atleast 7 years. However if you can clear all the phases of UPSC and your name comes up in the final list then you can visit IAF headquarters and convince your seniors and then you can take NOC and then finally you can resign air force and can join you new service.
