You can pursue two degrees MSc and B.ed both UGC give the permission. But one course is regular basis and another is distance learning. But if you go for same time studying then you can pursue both degree from different institutions. If your time is changeable then no worry about institutions. But if you go for both equally then you have to choose different institutions otherwise problem occurs.
