Hello Harish. 

If you want to change your college after 1st year then you have to give the Lateral Entery exam to take admission in another college. After getting the results you will have to apply for the couselling and do the same procedures as you had done for your admission in 1st year. But if you are not going in 2nd year then you cannot change.
