regarding your concern, under State Quota, 500 marks you can secured a seat in GMC, Dungarpur. Going by previous cut offs and your score, at 500 it is a tight spot you are in. You can get a seat in a Private Medical College with these marks.  Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
