After the result declaration of JEE-Advance 2022.
See JEE-Advance 2022 is scheduled on August 28th, 2022 and after the declaration of result of JEE-Advance 2022 then counselling process will get started so you can expect the commencement of new session for academic year 2022-23 in NITs/IIITs/IITs from October 15th, 2022 or later on.
But till now no official schedule of counselling has been released so for more accurate information kindly wait for the official schedule.
