There will be no any state level exam for medical except NEET. On the basis of NEET score only you will be called for all the state medical counselling. You should have the particular state domicile to get admission in Gov. colleges of that. but for private colleges you are eligible to apply in other states.

You are targeting which year for admission?

There is no entrance test for MBBS/BDS etc as all the seats will be filled through NEET only but generally, domicile is mandatory to submit if you are wishing to get seat in Govt colleges of any state but if you dont have the residential proof of that particular state then you will be only eligible for private colleges. Also, there are few states like Maharashtra which provides admission in Govt colleges even if you have done your schooling from there so it would be better if you could share the state name where you want to apply accordingly I would be providing you the eligibility criteria.
