the basic eligibility criteria to apply for NDA is candidates must have completed their 12th examination or appearing for final examination of 12th grade with any stream from a recognised board.

the basic eligibility criteria for Indian air force or indian navy is candidates must have passed or appearing for 12th grade examination with PCM stream and from a recognized board.

so as per the requirements you are eligible for both.
