Yes you obviously can get the fees back. But the application of deductions occurs for some specific reason which I am stating below.

• If a candidate does appear for the counselling but doesn't use  FREEZE or FLOAT or FREEZE with UPGRADE or FREEZE without UPGRADE options will be considered as the students who have withdrawn. And thus after a deduction of approximately Rs.2000/round of counselling the student will be paid the remaining to the account from which the money was paid at the first place.
• In case of those candidates who could NOT be allotted any seat, the entire fee submitted by the candidate during the counseling shall be refunded online by the University in the same account without any deduction.
• When selected withdrawn option: In case of those candidates, who were allotted a seat but have exercised Withdraw Option after allotment, he/she will be automatically treated as WITHDRAWN from the Counseling Process. The seat allotted to such candidates will be cancelled and shall be treated vacant. The registration fee of such candidates, after deduction of administrative charges with a rate of Rs 2000 per round of counseling in which the candidate has participated, shall be refunded online in the same account.
