The application form for B.Sc Nursing courses are released generally after your 12th board examination results are declared. Sometimes, they are released earlier as well. Also, the dates of certain universities releasing their application form for B.Sc will vary even if they are situated in the same state as you said in uttrakhand too.

Technically, the forms of all the universities are released with a variation of 1 or 2 day only.
