Yes,VITEEE and AEEE is conducted every year in various test centres across India.You can apply for VITEEE from it's website http://www.vit.ac.in and click on apply for VITEEE.You can apply till 28th February,2018.
You can do the same for AEEE,You can apply for it till 31st March,2018 from it's website.
