You are very much eligible to write NEET 2021. As per the official guidelines, basic age eligibility to write NEET 2021 is that the student must be above 17 years of age as per December 31, 2021.

Aa per the eligibility criteria of Neet, the candidates must be at least 17 years old as on December 31 of the year of examination. Now you werw born on May 2004 which means you'll complete 17 years in May 2021. Therefore as on December 31, 2021 your age will be 17 years and 7 months. So this makes you eligible for Neet 2021. There are other criteria as well such as you must have passed 12th Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. General category candidates must have passed with at least 50% marks in aggregate of PCB. However there is relaxation in minimum marks for reserved category students.
