It is difficult to predict the cut off marks or ranks but according to previous year trends your expected rank would lie between 58599 - 65727 but it may vary every year depending on the following factors
1. Level of question paper
2. Total no of candidates
3. Category of candidate
4. Total no of seats
5. Marks obtained by students

So the cut off for state quota in west bengal for year 2020 was
1.Bankura Sammilani Medical College, Bankura -  582 marks
2. Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research, Kolkata - 618 marks
3. Medical College, Kolkata - 637 marks
4.Nilratan Sircar Medical College, Kolkata - 620 marks
And the last cut off for year 2019 was 519 marks for general category  so you have less chance to get mbbs govt college under state quota but you can get dental or pvt medical college
