You can't pursue two degree in same time. either you go for BE or law. There is one scenario where you can pursue both is distance education/open course.

if you go for distance education for BE then you won't get  good job option as mostly job requirement is full-time course/degree.  do check for distance education for Law and if eligible then apply for it.
