Hi dear, it is really difficult to get any seat in any of the Govt. college with such rank unless you have EWS quota. If you have an EWS quota than you may hope that you can get any Govt. college. If you fail in getting any Govt. college than also do not loose hope  just believe where is a will there is a way. So I suggest you may try once for the Govt. college otherwise there are many renowned institutions in which you can take admission and if you have good marks in boards than it will surely give upper hand over many candidates.
