l got 166.5 cut off in HSC 2020.Am l eligible to get admission in CEG or PSG for mechanical engineering??

As per my knowledge, the cutoff marks to get admission in PSG  for mechanical engineering is opening marks 194.75 and closing marks is 199.5 and for CSG opening marks is 194.25 and closing marks is 200, but the way you can product engineering or textile technology admission in PSG,
