Since you got 468 marks there are chances but not much chances of you getting and MBBS seat since the cutoff for this year has been at tremendous height we cannot perfectly predict whether you can get an MBBS seat but I recommend you to apply to the counselling processes because you may get seat not at least in government college but in private medical college in Telangana.
