Rist, you have to talk to your College if your admission still holds good. You may not take admission in another College with last year's NEET score but if you have already taken admission in BDS, you ideally can continue in the same college unless you have taken the TC and other documents from the College. So, the best people who can suggest you on this will be the college administration.
