As you have not mentioned your category of which you belong also you have not mentioned your domicile state that's why it would be tough to predict you anything . But with this score you have chances of getting good college if you belong from reserved category . Hey,

Your score is quite decent so there might be a possibility of you getting a college at this marks. As you have not specified your state and category so that might be difficult to say which college you will be getting at this marks.

At 573 score chances of getting a government college is pretty high from state quota though if cut off goes down you can even secure a seat Under All India Quota.

Dear Aspirant,

Firstly congrats for such a great score.With 573 marks you can easily get government medical college through 15% All India quota and even through 85% state level quota.As per last year's cutoff score,general candidate was able to get seat through All India quota if the score was above 560.

You have not mentioned your state and category so its difficult to predict the government college.But having  a 550+ score is always considered safe to get government seat in medical college.
